- The plan will pay the 1st day after a covered accident
- If you are sick there is a 7 day elimination period
- The plan will pay for up to 6 months

*You must be able to verify your income before they will pay your claim. To obtain the $1,500 benefit, you must earn at least $2,250 a month.To obtain the $3,000 benefit, you must earn at least $4,500 a month.
